Move iPhone photos from phone to your computer
I’m not sure why iTunes doesn’t do this for you?
Apple:
Go to Applications->iPhoto
iPhoto will see your phone and its photos and you can tell it which photos you wish to move from your phone to your computer
Windows:
What ever software you use for pulling photos off your regular camera should recognize your iPhone and treat it like any other camera
If that doesn’t work or if it stops working try:
My Computer->Manage->Device Manager
Portable Devices->Apple iPhone
If the Apple iPhone has a yellow triangle on it that’s the problem – delete it.
Then unplug the phone, plug the phone back in and wait for Windows to see the phone and re-install the driver
