Easy to use, no special equipment is needed. There’s not even a keyboard, just slide the sliders to match your information.
BMI – Body Mass Index has been used since the 1980s, BMI greatly improved weight information over standard height and weight tables.
Body Fat – Because BMI alone can’t tell if you are carrying muscle or fat on your frame. The YMCA and Navy body fat tests are 97% accurate for most people.
1.5 Mile Run Test – Because you should be able to run far enough fast enough to save your life. 1.5 to 2 mile runs are the preferred way to test aerobic fitness.
Rockport Fitness Test – Used by cardiologists to measure heart fitness and the effect of your aerobic routine on your heart’s fitness. Watch your workouts improve your VO2max.

I thought I was in shape. When I wrote this app it was intended to help others get and stay in shape. But as I was testing it I found areas I need to improve upon. Now I check my status each work out and I’ve rounded out my workouts to get myself in the best shape ever.
