To watch video podcasts on your Treo you can view them with TCPMP 0.71 or the commercial Core Player on your palm but you will also need the acc zip file Install those on your palm, it is a nice video player.
Then use iSquirt( for osx ) to convert the podcasts from m4v to mp4 before moving them to your treo.
Democracy Now has a great OSX player and a very good selection of clips you can download to convert to watch on your Treo.
